The courier is The Pallet Network TPN. The fire will arrive on a 7.5 tonne, tail lift vehicle and will be lowered off the vehicle and onto a pallet truck. The pallet truck will not travel over grass, gravel, rough ground or steps (or similar) and the courier will not take the fire into your premises. You will be responsible for disposing of pallets and packaging. We always recommend keeping the fire box and internal packaging in the event of a service complaint.
